Each acrylic name disc is personalized with the child’s name in laser cut acrylic and engraved with their birth date. 

In the drop-down menu below, please select the colour of the acrylic circle. In the second drop-down menu below, please select the acrylic colour you would like the baby’s name personalized with. In the subsequent 'Text Personalization' field, please include the exact text (i.e., first name only with a maximum of nine (9) characters, birth date) you would like added.

**Please review and confirm that the name and birth date in the ‘Text Personalization’ field are both spelled correctly. Products are personalized based on the exact text provided by the customer. If a name is spelled incorrectly due to the incorrect spelling by the customer, a new order will need to be placed at the cost of the customer.
