If, for some reason, your order arrives damaged or there was an error with your personalization request, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt to info@pinksapphire.co with photos (e.g., of the damaged product(s), the error made with your personalization request) and return the damaged product(s). Once the damaged product(s) has been received, we will be happy to provide a replacement, free of charge.
Note: if you have ordered an acrylic keepsake box and there was an issue with your final product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt to info@pinksapphire.co with photos of the damage or error, and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement, once the keepsake box has been returned. Upon receipt of photos and confirmation that there is in fact damage/error(s), we will send you return shipping labels electronically to safely return the original acrylic keepsake box to our mailing address. Upon receipt of the original keepsake box, we will then ship out your new, revised acrylic keepsake box order.
