Depending on availability and whether an item is currently in stock, orders will be completed within approximately one (1) to two (2) weeks, but often sooner than that.

Please refer to the description of a particular product for whether an item is currently available for pre-order. This will be clearly stated in the product title (e.g., 'Luxe Acrylic Keepsake Box (PRE-ORDER*)). In the product description for a pre-ordered product, there will be an expected date of arrival next to the corresponding asterisk. 

All items are customized by hand and may have imperfections. Although we are thorough and detail-oriented, there may be inconsistencies based on the creative nature of our work and each final product may appear slightly different than the next.

Note: If you have a specific request regarding customization or personalization (e.g., font style, placement of embellishment(s), placement/alignment of text), please be sure to include a detailed note in the 'Notes' section on our website prior to checking out. At Pink Sapphire Co., we always review each order we receive on our website thoroughly prior to processing, including any notes that are included by the customer, to ensure that we prepare your order exactly how you would like it. 

At Pink Sapphire Co., our goal is to process orders efficiently for fast delivery. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled. All sales are final.

We currently ship within Canada, the USA and Europe. If you live outside of these countries, please contact us at info@pinksapphire.co for a custom shipping quote and to confirm that we are able to ship to your location prior to placing an order.
